Dinner This Week

Today begins week #3 of my Whole30 challenge (info here). I haven't forced my eating on my family, but it wasn't hard to squeeze in some items. It's cute that my kids have become aware of my eating habits right now, and my son made sure that my husband picked up foods that I could eat while they were at the grocery store this past weekend. It's been relatively easy, but I have certainly run into some challenges - this weekend's trip to southern California will be a big one. But, I can only do the best that I can do!

Here's what will be on our dinner table this week:

Monday: Chicken Fajitas with Refried Beans
