I noticed that I did not post last week's meals, and my cooking for this week has been done to boot!
Anyway, this was a very, very short cooking week, thanks to the Thanksgiving Holiday. We'll spend the holiday weekend with Ray's side of the family.
So, this is what we'll be having:
November 21-27
Monday: Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato sandwiches with various leftovers
Tuesday: Family Pizza Night @ Mark Rich's
Wednesday - Sunday: We'll be out of town & on the road.
