Let me see...last week there were a couple nights that I didn't make what was planned. So, that means I get to make them this week! It is also going to be a "short" week since we're headed to California for the weekend. Easy shopping for me!
Since there are 3 half-days of school this week, on two of those I plan to do some cooking with my little peeps. I am going to let Ian choose, and I'll help him make, a dessert. He's my foodie.
Here's what is on our menu this week:
Sunday: Sour Cream Noodle Bake
**Since I was crunched for time last night, I didn't do the 2nd layer. I made one for my family, and made the other for the freezer. I think the double layer would have been even more yummy! This was a huge hit with my family.
Monday: Buffalo Burgers with Cabbage Salad

Wednesday: Gnocchi with Spinach and Gorgonzola & Salad
Thursday - Saturday: We'll be eating out most of the time...yuck!
